Plastering is the process of covering rough surface of walls, columns, ceilings and other parts of the building with thin coat of mortars to form a smoottr" hard and durable surface capable of protecting external surface against penetration of rain water A good plaster needs to have stong adhesion on walls and ceiling switch excellent water resistant and crack free properties that will protect the interior, provide flat base for painting, minimize the inconvenience of maintenance and speed up the construction. Therefore, in many ways, Plastering is as important critical as structural members, brickwork, flooring, plumbing, electrical and painting and so on.

Ready mix plaster manufactured on modem dry mix plant with computerized batch process' Plaster is made ready to use by just mixing water at site. This process eliminates job site mixing practices. Hence gives consistent quality with required sand mesh sizes in exacty proportion which is most important for compactness of plaster.

Features

  • Product suitable for internal and external wall.
  • Suitable for various surface i.e. brick masonry, block masonry, and R.C.C.Wall.
  • Saves time because easy to use
  • Silt content is very low since sand is initially washed out and dried at 210 C ternperature

Advantages

  • FactorX manufactured and prepacked premixed materials -Consistent Quality compactness due to graded sand.
  • Good work -ability and negligible rebounding losses due to suitable imported polymers.
  • Material effective in case of High rise buildings, can start work instantly. '
